Waqqas Zar vs Quraishi Soussan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Morocco-Meknes-Tafilalet promoted show at Aqil Bighrade Gym, Khenifra,  taking place on 10/03/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Morocco-Meknes-Tafilalet Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqqas Zar (4 - 8 - 5) who hails from Meknes, Morocco and Quraishi Soussan(5 - 1 - 1) from Errachidia, Morocco.  Both Zar and Soussan weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hanief Jadid, and the three ringside judges are Aatif Sassa, Amrane Belmaalem and Kadeen Kettani.  

Round 1: 

Zar gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Zar connects with a left hook.  
Zar gets on the inside.  Soussan pivots to the side of his opponent.  Zar drives a left hook into Soussan's body.  Soussan wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Zar dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Soussan tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.

Soussan retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Zar steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.
