Kris Ogindo vs Kyle Maiyani

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Michael Semenya Gym, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 26/03/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Machakos Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kris Ogindo (13 - 10 - 6) who hails from Machakos, Kenya and Kyle Maiyani(13 - 9 - 3) from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya.  Both Ogindo and Maiyani weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chike Maru, and the three ringside judges are Ian Kahiu, Sam Adoyo and Leighton Tumbo.  

Round 1: 

Ogindo is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross.
