Mitsuru Koyama vs Diego Porro

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at City West Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 01/04/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mitsuru Koyama (7(7) - 0) who hails from Sendai, Japan and Diego Porro(22 - 12 - 6) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Koyama and Porro weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton MacAdam, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Fitzgerald, Shane Cody and Thomas McShane.  

Round 1: 

Koyama steps inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Porro steps away from his opponent.  Koyama feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Koyama pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Koyama gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Koyama clinches his opponent.  Koyama pushes his forearm into Porro's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Koyama connects with a left uppercut.  
Koyama walks his opponent into the corner.  Koyama lands a right hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Koyama lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  Koyama clinches his opponent.  Koyama is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Koyama and breaks the clinch.  
Koyama drives a right hook into Porro's body.  Koyama holds on to his opponent.  Koyama leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Koyama digs in a left hook to Porro's liver.  Koyama attempts to land a left hook, but Porro blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Koyama advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Koyama drives a firm left uppercut into Porro's liver.  Koyama throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Porro pivots to the right of his opponent.  Koyama is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Koyama closes the distance and hits home with a firm left hook.

Koyama gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Koyama lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Porro pivots to the left of his opponent.  Koyama lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Koyama steps inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Porro throws a left hook, but Koyama ties up his opponent.  Koyama is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Koyama to stop fouling.  
Koyama lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Koyama is on target with a right hook.  
Koyama lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Porro steps to the outside.  Koyama lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Koyama lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS PORRO DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Porro's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Porro's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Porro's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Porro throws a left hook, but Koyama ties up his opponent.  Koyama tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Porro's kidney. 
Koyama steps inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Koyama lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Koyama is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Koyama digs in a powerful left hook to his opponents body.  PORRO IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Koyama slams a spiteful left hook into Porro's body.  PORRO IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Koyama lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND SENDS PORRO SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Porro now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Koyama advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Porro throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Koyama clinches his opponent.  Koyama is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Koyama's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Koyama slams a big left hook into Porro's body.  PORRO IS HURT!  
Porro tries to keep the action at long range.  The right shot from Koyama could be enough to force the stoppage!  Koyama lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND KNOCKS PORRO DOWN!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Porro can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Koyama!
