Sam Gilmour vs Sam Thrift

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Olympic Park Sports Hall, Sydney,  taking place on 07/04/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Sam Gilmour (3 - 0) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Sam Thrift(3 - 7(1) - 3) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Gilmour and Thrift weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Howells, and the three ringside judges are Arnie Lipton, Dave Telfair and David Corrie.

Gilmour lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Gilmour gets on the inside.  Gilmour pivots to the side of his opponent and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Gilmour is on target with a left uppercut.  
Gilmour closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Thrift in a corner.  Gilmour lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Thrift connects with a left uppercut.  Thrift throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Gilmour hits home with a solid right hook.  
Gilmour steps inside.  Gilmour pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
