Hugh McNiff vs Vince Argyle

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 14/04/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Hugh McNiff (2 - 0 - 1) who hails from Raleigh, USA and Vince Argyle(4(1) - 5(2)) from Wollongong, Australia.  McNiff weighed in at 226 pounds and 4 ounces, while Argyle weighed in at 239 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Billy Pryce, and the three ringside judges are Sammy Feamster, William Ferries and Justin Din.  

Round 1: 

Argyle closes the distance.  McNiff sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

As they grapple, McNiff pushes his forearm into Argyle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures McNiff about fouling.
