Garrin Apt vs Kaede Tani

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at PACIFICO Yokohama Exhibition Hall, Yokohama,  taking place on 18/04/2035:

Clearly AI Japan-Kanagawa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Garrin Apt (19(15) - 0) who hails from Bochum, Germany and Kaede Tani(3 - 0 - 2) from Kobe, Japan.  Both Apt and Tani weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeshi Murakami, and the three ringside judges are Ryo Hagiwara, Mitsuru Amari and Yasushi Aoki.  

Round 1: 

Apt closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Tani almost instantly recovers. 
Tani tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Apt steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Apt ties up his opponent.  Apt is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Apt pushes his forearm into Tani's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Apt advances into close range.  Apt drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Apt clinches his opponent.  Apt is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Apt about fouling.  Tani wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Apt dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Apt connects with a left hook.  Apt clinches his opponent.  Tani leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Apt's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Apt manages to force Tani onto the ropes.  Tani throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right hook.  
Apt is on target with a solid cross.  
Apt is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Apt lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Apt holds on to his opponent.  Apt uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Tani's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Apt gets on the inside and drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  
Tani is on target with a right hook.  
Apt is on target with a jab.  
Tani throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Apt advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Apt ties up his opponent.  Apt tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tani behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Apt lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Apt digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Apt is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Apt clinches his opponent.  Apt leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Apt advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Apt lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Apt holds on to his opponent.  Apt is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Apt walks Tani into the red corner.  Tani throws a right hook, but Apt holds on to his opponent.  Apt throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.

Apt lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Apt lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES TANI!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Apt clinches his opponent.  Apt leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Apt to stop holding.  
Apt knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Apt slams a nasty left hook into Tani's body.  TANI HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Tani now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tani's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Tani's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate. Apt is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Apt ties up his opponent.  Apt leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Apt to stop holding.  
Apt gets on the inside and is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Apt advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Tani now seems to have got his legs back.  
Apt closes the distance and is on target with a solid right hook to Tani's body.  
Apt is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Apt digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Apt lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Tani tries to land a cross, but Apt blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Apt crashes a hurtful right hook to his opponents body.  TANI IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.
