Miodrag Valjak vs Drago Vukelic

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Croatia-Primorje-Gorski promoted show at Tin Rajic Gym, Rijeka,  taking place on 19/04/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Croatia-Primorje-Gorski Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Miodrag Valjak (2 - 2) who hails from Rijeka, Croatia and Drago Vukelic(4 - 11 - 2) from Rijeka, Croatia.  Valjak weighed in at 232 pounds and 9 ounces, while Vukelic weighed in at 248 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nediljko Mimica, and the three ringside judges are Andro Bunic, Borko Peric and Miljenko Vrabec.  

Round 1: 

Vukelic advances into close range.  Valjak wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Vukelic dabs at his face checking for damage.

Vukelic is looking to close the distance.  Valjak pivots to the right of his opponent.  Vukelic hits home with a right hook.  
Vukelic manages to force Valjak onto the ropes.  Valjak connects with a left hook.  
Valjak throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.
