Xalvador Carro vs Selestino Lares

Boxing Daily Report from the Boomer Promotions promoted show at Havana Bosquez, Havana,  taking place on 20/04/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xalvador Carro (5 - 11 - 4) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Selestino Lares(14 - 15 - 2) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Carro and Lares weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fanuco Recio, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Olguin, Saturnin Milan and Juan Henriquez.  

Round 1: 

Carro attempts to land a cross, but Lares sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Lares advances into close range.  Carro quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lares lands a left hook.
