Juan Parra vs Dario Almanzar

Boxing Daily Report from the Anyidoho Promotions promoted show at Vidal Pascua Gym, Leon,  taking place on 26/04/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guanajuato Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Parra (13(1) - 3) who hails from Leon, Mexico and Dario Almanzar(2 - 2 - 3) from Celaya, Mexico.  Both Parra and Almanzar weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quico Brizuela, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Camara, Aimon Tejada and Santiago Mantilla.  

Round 1: 

Parra manages to force Almanzar into the blue corner.  Almanzar tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
