Waleed Ahmad vs Asif Akbar

Boxing Daily Report from the Kimmula Promotions promoted show at Karaj Suhrawardy, Karaj,  taking place on 01/05/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-Alborz Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waleed Ahmad (20(1) - 0) who hails from Karaj, Iran and Asif Akbar(10 - 30 - 1) from Karaj, Iran.  Ahmad weighed in at 159 pounds and 8 ounces, while Akbar weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Parsa, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Hariri, Tariq Hariri and Aftab Nagi.
