John Kara vs Alastair Zacharias

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Cairns Storer, Cairns,  taking place on 06/05/2035:

Clearly Gold Coast Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Kara (7 - 11(2)) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Alastair Zacharias(12 - 7 - 1) from Sunshine Coast, Australia.  Both Kara and Zacharias weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Norris, and the three ringside judges are Zain Sharifi, Lee Hyland and John Wark.
