Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Casino Miami Jai Alai, Miami,  taking place on 27/04/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Jose Requena (4(2) - 0) who hails from Holguin, Cuba and John Varas(3 - 1) from Los Angeles, USA.  Requena weighed in at 147 pounds, while Varas weighed in at 146 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Ruthven, and the three ringside judges are Scott Gemmell, Leo Couch and Cody Grant.
