Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Olympic Park Sports Hall, Sydney,  taking place on 05/05/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are David Zaza (1 - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and John Phoenix(0 - 5(2) - 2) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Zaza and Phoenix weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sid Galkin, and the three ringside judges are Neil Malis, Ian Vaughn and Gethin Bufalini.  

Round 1:

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Phoenix dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Phoenix.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
