Seferino Rogel vs Kai Donovan

Boxing Daily Report from the RJM Boxing promoted show at Davenport Glendening, Davenport,  taking place on 21/05/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Seferino Rogel (3 - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo, Ecuador and Kai Donovan(3 - 1) from New York City, USA.  Both Rogel and Donovan weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicholas Mower, and the three ringside judges are David Crosbie, Mark Starrett and Vince Caven.  

Round 1: 

Rogel steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Rogel holds on to his opponent.  Donovan tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Rogel behind the head. Donovan is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Donovan.  
Rogel lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Rogel sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Donovan throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Rogel gets on the inside and drives a right uppercut into Donovan's ribs.  
Rogel connects with a right uppercut.  
Donovan is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Rogel lands a jab.  
Rogel walks Donovan onto the ropes.  Rogel lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Rogel lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Rogel sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Rogel steps inside and lands a left hook.  
Rogel throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Rogel clinches his opponent.  Donovan uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Rogel's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Donovan to stop fouling.

Rogel steps inside and lands a sharp left uppercut.  
Rogel forces Donovan to back into a neutral corner.  Rogel lands a right uppercut.  
Rogel lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Rogel hits home with a firm right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Donovan's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Donovan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Donovan's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.
