Alejandro Balasco vs Diego Rayas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at San Jose Rivera, San Jose,  taking place on 25/05/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Costa Rica-San Jose Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Balasco (13 - 10(1) - 3) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Diego Rayas(11(4) - 7(1) - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Balasco weighed in at 117 pounds and 9 ounces, while Rayas weighed in at 118 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Rayas came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Pareja, and the three ringside judges are Sierra Abela, Pancho Marroquin and Selestino Guillen.
