Tajo Ventura vs Santiago Custodio

Boxing Daily Report from the Ankomah Promotions promoted show at Angel Horta Gym, Brasilia,  taking place on 31/05/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Distrito Federal Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tajo Ventura (16 - 8 - 2) who hails from Brasilia, Brazil and Santiago Custodio(4 - 17 - 5) from Brasilia, Brazil.  Both Ventura and Custodio weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Pedroso, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Mira, Alejandro Moises and Montego Rocha.  

Round 1: 

Custodio lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Custodio steps inside.  Ventura pivots to the side of his opponent.  Custodio throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Ventura time to recover.
