There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Emanuel Matute (4 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Juan Verdugo(5 - 1) from Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic.  Matute weighed in at 121 pounds and 8 ounces, while Verdugo weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cipriano Lujan, and the three ringside judges are Diego Miera, Jose Manco and Vicente Saldivar.
