Sammy Corson vs Glynn Mungle

Boxing Daily Report from the Super Box Management promoted show at Newforge Lane Stadium, Belfast,  taking place on 16/06/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sammy Corson (12(8) - 0) who hails from Colchester, UK and Glynn Mungle(12 - 10(2) - 3) from Drogheda, Ireland.  Corson weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces, while Mungle weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Anthony McCabe, and the three ringside judges are Clint Guild, Cillian Dolan and Paul Sheridan.  

Round 1: 

Corson connects with a firm cross.  
Corson steps to the outside and lands a sharp cross.  
Corson connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Corson feints a left hook, and then hits home with a stinging cross.  
Mungle tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Corson is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a solid cross.  
Corson lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Corson hits home with a cross.  
Corson switches the action to the outside and lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  
Mungle is on target with a left uppercut to Corson's body.  
Corson lands a jab.  
Mungle sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Corson lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Corson lands a solid jab.  
Corson steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Corson switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Corson lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Mungle attempts to land a cross, but Corson sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Corson switches the action to the outside and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Corson lands a jab to the body, a cross to the head and a jab to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Corson sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Corson lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS MUNGLE DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  Mungle now seems to have got his legs back.  
Corson sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Corson is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS MUNGLE TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  Mungle quickly recovers. 
Corson lands a jab, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head, AND MUNGLE IS DOWN!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Corson!
