Xaverius Merino vs Santiago Pedroso

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Santander promoted show at Bucaramanga Alvarado, Bucaramanga,  taking place on 13/07/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xaverius Merino (22 - 14(2) - 4) who hails from Bucaramanga, Colombia and Santiago Pedroso(29(3) - 10(3)) from Soledad, Colombia.  Both Merino and Pedroso weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xalvador Montoro, and the three ringside judges are Neper Sanches, Montego Cueva and Sierra Velasco.
