Hugh McNiff vs Robert MacKellar

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 30/06/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Hugh McNiff (3(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Raleigh, USA and Robert MacKellar(4 - 4 - 2) from Perth, Australia.  McNiff weighed in at 226 pounds And 4 ounces, while MacKellar weighed in at 255 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sammy Feamster, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Durie, Ian McAfee and John Donohoe.  

Round 1: 

McNiff hits home with a solid cross.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  MacKellar has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.

McNiff lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as McNiff dabs at his face checking for damage.  McNiff has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
McNiff lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
McNiff sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a sharp left hook.  
McNiff lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
McNiff pivots to the side of his opponent.  MacKellar lands a cross.  
McNiff manages to force MacKellar into the corner.  McNiff lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND MACKELLAR IS DOWN!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is McNiff!
