Xin Sum vs Jin Zhan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Heilongjiang promoted show at Harbin Gam, Harbin,  taking place on 28/08/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China-Heilongjiang Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xin Sum (22(2) - 2) who hails from Harbin, China and Jin Zhan(9 - 7(1) - 2) from Harbin, China.  Both Sum and Zhan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jun Ji, and the three ringside judges are Liang May, Chung Fok and Chen Cheen.
