Venacio Amescua vs Juan Palomares

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Ciudad Victoria Barreda, Ciudad Victoria,  taking place on 05/09/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Venacio Amescua (20(3) - 3(1)) who hails from Matamoros, Mexico and Juan Palomares(19 - 14 - 3) from Reynosa, Mexico.  Amescua weighed in at 118 pounds, while Palomares weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Alvarez, and the three ringside judges are Cisco Socarras, Santiago Lopez and Angel Albo.
