Mark Rice vs Mark East

Boxing Daily Report from the T Promotion promoted show at Tulsa Shields, Tulsa,  taking place on 09/09/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-SouthWest Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Rice (29(3) - 6(2)) who hails from Oklahoma City, USA and Mark East(22 - 22(10) - 1) from Houston, USA.  Both Rice and East weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Turay, and the three ringside judges are Chris Foley, George Lithgow and Ibrahim Habibi.  

Round 1: 

Rice is on target with a spiteful jab.  
Rice lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Rice pivots from in front of his opponent.  East lands a right hook.  
Rice attempts to land a cross, but East dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Rice sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
East tries to land a right hook, but Rice sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Rice forces East to retreat onto the ropes.  Rice quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  East attempts to land a right hook, but Rice blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
East throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Rice pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...East's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  East's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  East's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  East's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
