Robert Dryman vs Paul Pennie

Boxing Daily Report from the Lionheart Promotions promoted show at Lionheart Gym, North Shore,  taking place on 08/09/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Robert Dryman (2 - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Paul Pennie(0 - 2 - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Dryman weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Pennie weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ollie Scobie, and the three ringside judges are Justin Kahukakanui, Chris Kellie and Joshua Haile.  

Round 1: 

Dryman gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Dryman ties up his opponent.  Dryman leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Dryman's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Dryman is on target with a left uppercut.  Dryman ties up his opponent.  Pennie uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Dryman behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Dryman steps inside and drives a firm right hook into Pennie's body.

Pennie lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Dryman steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Dryman holds on to his opponent.  Dryman is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Dryman about fouling.  
Dryman pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a sharp right hook to Pennie's body.  
Dryman is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Dryman closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Dryman clinches his opponent.  Dryman leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Dryman drives a sharp right hook into Pennie's ribs.

Dryman attempts to land a right uppercut, but Pennie blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
