Toma Medved vs Vikenti Perlov

Boxing Daily Report from the Omane Promotions promoted show at Rostov-on-Don Kuznetsov, Rostov-on-Don,  taking place on 02/10/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Toma Medved (23 - 4 - 1) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Vikenti Perlov(25(4) - 5) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Medved weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces, while Perlov weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Timofei Slutsky, and the three ringside judges are Boris Rusinov, Kir Karelin and Dmitriy Bolotin.
