Mel Renwick vs Michael Thrift

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at Simwala Gym, Salem,  taking place on 05/10/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mel Renwick (26(4) - 12(3) - 2) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Michael Thrift(14 - 2) from Portland, USA.  Renwick weighed in at 200 pounds, while Thrift weighed in at 200 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Thrift came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Peter Roger, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Mingus, Brett Edmison and Theo Wight.
