Boxing Daily Report from the Ngambi Promotions promoted show at Baku Kalas, Baku,  taking place on 15/10/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shahin Babaev (13 - 4 - 3) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Elshan Mekhtiyev(15 - 12(1) - 2) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Babaev and Mekhtiyev weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fazail Babayev, and the three ringside judges are Khamis Gadjibabayev, Mehman Dzhafarov and Malik Shabazz.
