Greg Muthaura vs Owen Waki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Mombasa Rasheed, Mombasa,  taking place on 16/10/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Greg Muthaura (8 - 5 - 3) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Owen Waki(22(13) - 3(1) - 1) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Muthaura and Waki weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jay Matiku, and the three ringside judges are Joey Keino, Nwa Lugano and Sam Yiampoy.  

Round 1: 

Waki lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Muthaura is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Waki lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Waki gets on the inside.  Muthaura pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Waki walks his opponent into a neutral corner.  Waki is on target with a stinging right uppercut to Muthaura's ribcage.  
Waki is on target with a left hook to Muthaura's liver.  Waki holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Waki pushes his forearm into Muthaura's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Waki digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Waki lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Waki manouvers Muthaura into a neutral corner.  Waki lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.

Waki closes the distance.  Waki pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Waki walks Muthaura into a neutral corner.  Waki lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Waki lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Muthaura now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
