Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Soweto Hall, Soweto,  taking place on 16/10/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Paul Van Zyl (26 - 7(5) - 1) who hails from Johannesburg, South Africa and Nelis Pienaar(13 - 5 - 1) from Durban, South Africa.  Both Van Zyl and Pienaar weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mahdi Jamin, and the three ringside judges are David Demuto, Puleng Kathrada and Mzikayise Tlolane.
