John Braddick vs Chlodwig Haerdtl

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Al Nahyan Stadium, Abu Dhabi,  taking place on 08/11/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Braddick (23(13) - 1 - 1) who hails from Colchester, UK and Chlodwig Haerdtl(23 - 7(5) - 1) from Salzburg, Austria.  Both Braddick and Haerdtl weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Fyad, and the three ringside judges are Bilal Salah, Haider Beshara and Abdul Hansuns.  

Round 1: 

Braddick closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  Braddick holds on to his opponent.  Braddick is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Braddick's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Haerdtl sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a stiff jab.  
Braddick steps inside and connects with a left hook.  
Braddick is on target with a cross.  
Braddick lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Braddick closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Braddick gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Braddick lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Braddick throws a left uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Braddick holds on to his opponent.  Braddick pushes his forearm into Haerdtl's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Braddick about fouling.

Haerdtl digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Braddick clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Braddick pushes his forearm into Haerdtl's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Braddick.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Haerdtl's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Haerdtl's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
