Pablo Villella vs Jerrold Cerda

Boxing Daily Report from the Mugyenyi Promotions promoted show at Jose Ballesteros Gym, Ciudad Victoria,  taking place on 30/10/2035:

Clearly Mugyenyi Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pablo Villella (6 - 15 - 2) who hails from Reynosa, Mexico and Jerrold Cerda(6 - 12 - 3) from Ciudad Victoria, Mexico.  Both Villella and Cerda weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cisco Socarras, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Rebolledo, Xeres Sevilla and Agapetus Llorente.  

Round 1: 

Cerda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Cerda hits home with a right hook.  
Villella advances into close range.  Cerda throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Villella's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
