Percy Mbodji vs Xavion Baca

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 16/01/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Percy The Body Mbodji (27(23) - 0) who hails from Touba, Senegal and Xavion Baca(27(5) - 16(8) - 1) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Mbodji and Baca weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Torrance, and the three ringside judges are Kieran Farm, Dominic Owen and Cris Villagomez.  

Round 1:

Mbodji is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Mbodji lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a double right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING BACA TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 8.  Baca now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.

Baca throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a weighty left uppercut.  BACA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Baca almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Mbodji lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND BACA IS DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Baca cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Mbodji!
