Hackett Beye vs Banji Shikwati

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 08/12/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hackett Beye (28(16) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Banji Shikwati(27 - 16 - 2) from Nakuru, Kenya.  Beye weighed in at 238 pounds And 6 ounces, while Shikwati weighed in at 237 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gaston Angrand, and the three ringside judges are Josce Vanier, Romain Ndong and Aramis Gassama.  

Round 1: 

Beye feints a jab, fooling Shikwati into launching a right uppercut counter.  Beye is waiting for the shot and counters with a cross.
