Mark Sanchez vs John Cotts

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at Portland Lennox, Portland,  taking place on 13/11/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Oregon Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Sanchez (23 - 15(1) - 2) who hails from Eugene, USA and John Cotts(11 - 0 - 1) from Portland, USA.  Sanchez weighed in at 240 pounds And 6 ounces, while Cotts weighed in at 239 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Stephen Greim, and the three ringside judges are William Rosser, James Mardock and Kian Bilbao.
