Duncan Fullerton vs Bradley Gill

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 15/12/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Oceania Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Duncan Fullerton (33(24) - 6 - 2) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Bradley Gill(22(1) - 10(3) - 2) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Fullerton and Gill weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Sharifi, and the three ringside judges are Dave Evan, Barry Madden and Ben Connell.  

Round 1: 

Gill pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Fullerton is looking to close the distance.  Gill hits home with a left hook.  Fullerton ties up his opponent.  Fullerton is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Fullerton about fouling.  
Fullerton tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Fullerton gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Gill switches the action to the outside.  Gill quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Fullerton is looking to close the distance.  Gill tries to land a right hook, but Fullerton sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Fullerton throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Fullerton holds on to his opponent.  Gill throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Gill to stop fouling.  
Fullerton walks Gill onto the ropes.  Fullerton connects with a left hook.  
Fullerton is on target with a forceful right hook to his opponents ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE GILL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Fullerton clinches his opponent.  Gill is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gill about fouling.  Gill recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Fullerton is on target with a cross.  
Fullerton gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Fullerton ties up his opponent.  Gill is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Gill connects with a left uppercut.  
Fullerton is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Fullerton is on target with a solid left hook to Gill's liver.  GILL WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Gill recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Fullerton closes the distance.  Fullerton sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gill lands a right hook.  
Fullerton throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Fullerton is on target with a weighty left hook to Gill's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE GILL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Fullerton is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Fullerton lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, KNOCKING GILL DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Fullerton drives a potent left uppercut into Gill's body.  GILL IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  It looks like Gill has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Fullerton lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Gill recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Gill tries to keep the action at long range and tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gill's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Gill's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Fullerton attempts to land a jab, but Gill dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Gill hits home with a right hook.  Fullerton clinches his opponent.  Fullerton leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gill lands a cross.  
Fullerton sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a solid left hook to Gill's ribs.  
Fullerton steps inside and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Fullerton slams a spiteful left uppercut into his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE GILL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Gill quickly recovers. 
Fullerton is on target with a left hook to Gill's body.  
Fullerton forces Gill to back into the ropes.  Fullerton is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Fullerton pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a sharp right hook to Gill's body.  
Fullerton lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS GILL SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Gill recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Fullerton pivots to the right of his opponent.  Fullerton hits home with a right hook.  Fullerton ties up his opponent.  Fullerton leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Fullerton tries to land a left uppercut, but Gill blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Fullerton drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Fullerton SLAMS a mean right hook into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE GILL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Fullerton walks Gill into the red corner.  The right shot from Fullerton could be enough to force the stoppage!  Fullerton lands a cross to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS GILL TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Fullerton!
