Brett Penman vs Arthur Handley

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-British Columbia promoted show at Burnaby Gove, Burnaby,  taking place on 03/12/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-British Columbia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brett Penman (29 - 4(3) - 1) who hails from Surrey, Canada and Arthur Handley(16(6) - 8(4) - 1) from Richmond, Canada.  Penman weighed in at 199 pounds And 13 ounces, while Handley weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alec Aitken, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Kenna, Connor Blakely and James Wark.
