Brendan Persley vs Mick Ines

Boxing Daily Report from the Bhengu Promotions promoted show at Lexington Kellis, Lexington,  taking place on 12/12/2035:

Clearly Bhengu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Persley (16(6) - 0) who hails from Savannah, USA and Mick Ines(5 - 13(1) - 1) from Stamford, USA.  Both Persley and Ines weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Roger Crombie, and the three ringside judges are Matthew Hatt, Paul Edgar and Mark Coppin.  

Round 1: 

Persley steps inside.  Persley pivots to the left of his opponent.  Persley lands a stinging left uppercut.  Persley clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Persley pushes his forearm into Ines's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Persley about fouling.  
Persley throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Persley ties up his opponent.  Persley is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Persley's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Persley cuts off the ring, trapping Ines in the corner.  Persley lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Persley throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Persley ties up his opponent.  Persley tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ines behind the head. 
Persley feints a left hook, but Ines does not fall for it and is on target with a cross.  
Persley gets on the inside.  Persley pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Ines goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Persley time to recover.  
Persley lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ines steps inside.  Persley lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ines tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Persley hits home with a left hook.  
Persley advances into close range and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Persley is on target with a left hook.  
Persley pivots to the side of his opponent.  Persley connects with a right hook.  Persley ties up his opponent.  Persley tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ines behind the head. Persley tries to land a right hook, but Ines blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Persley lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Persley lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Persley lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Ines throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Persley is looking to close the distance.  Persley pivots to the side of his opponent.  Persley drives a left hook into Ines's body.  Persley ties up his opponent.  Persley throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Persley and breaks the clinch.  
Persley lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Persley sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Persley snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.  
Persley pivots to the left of his opponent.  Ines throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Persley pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Persley digs in a left hook to Ines's body.  
Persley closes the distance.  Persley backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Ines accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Persley.  
Persley connects with a right hook.  
Persley lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ines's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Ines's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Ines quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ines attempts to land a left hook, but Persley slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Persley lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
