Maiope Poaro vs Paiwai Peita

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Vector Arena, Auckland,  taking place on 22/12/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Maiope Poaro (11(10) - 0 - 1) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Paiwai Peita(10 - 2 - 1) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Poaro weighed in at 154 pounds, while Peita weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Henry Ngahoro, and the three ringside judges are Max Weatherspoon, James Oakley and Aaron Glendinning.

Poaro feints a left, and then lands a jab.  
Poaro lands a jab, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS PEITA TO THE CANVAS!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Poaro!
