Jose Colon vs Azam Abdi

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Ridder Arena, Minneapolis,  taking place on 26/12/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Colon (23(15) - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo Norte, Dominican Republic and Azam Abdi(27(2) - 11(6)) from Phoenix, USA.  Colon weighed in at 248 pounds And 12 ounces, while Abdi weighed in at 239 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Harry Streblow, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Cullen, Greg Pelle and David Scholar.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Abdi dabs at his face checking for damage.  Abdi has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused a slight cut in the corner of the right eye.  .
