Jing Chen vs Yo Ziu

Boxing Daily Report from the Chinese Boxing promoted show at Shanghai Ren, Shanghai,  taking place on 22/12/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jing Chen (11 - 17(1) - 7) who hails from Shanghai, China and Yo Ziu(10 - 8 - 1) from Shanghai, China.  Chen weighed in at 135 pounds, while Ziu weighed in at 134 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fo-hai Lum, and the three ringside judges are Lee Tie, Qing-Nan Soo and Gan Shiu.  

Round 1: 

Ziu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Chen connects with a left hook.  
Chen closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Ziu connects with a cross.  
Ziu steps inside.  Chen is on target with a right hook.  
Ziu closes the distance.  Chen throws a left uppercut, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Chen switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Chen attempts to land a jab, but Ziu sidesteps and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ziu finds the target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Chen's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Chen's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
