Ashoka Basu vs Chandrakant Batra

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Tamil Nadu promoted show at Chennai Salih, Chennai,  taking place on 28/11/2035:

Clearly AI India-Tamil Nadu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Tamil Nadu Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ashoka Basu (15 - 5(1) - 5) who hails from Chennai, India and Chandrakant Batra(9 - 9 - 6) from Chennai, India.  Basu weighed in at 155 pounds and 3 ounces, while Batra weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Basu came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Ananth Takshak, and the three ringside judges are Amer Meskin, Randeep Sharma and Aftab Dia.
