Dan Cagadas vs Bruce Abao

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Davao del Sur promoted show at Vicente Agatol Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 31/12/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Davao del Sur Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dan Cagadas (7 - 12 - 1) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and Bruce Abao(4 - 22 - 3) from Davao City, Philippines.  Both Cagadas and Abao weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sancho Betances, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Manuntag, Ricardo Gordon and Matt Macalincag.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Abao dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Abao.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
