Beltran Dandin vs Carlos Malipot

Boxing Daily Report from the Asian Boxing promoted show at Lipa Vinal, Lipa,  taking place on 30/12/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Batangas Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Beltran Dandin (23(2) - 3(1)) who hails from Lipa, Philippines and Carlos Malipot(13 - 17(2) - 5) from Batangas City, Philippines.  Dandin weighed in at 130 pounds, while Malipot weighed in at 129 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Arco, and the three ringside judges are Billy Tablac, Guillermo Langkin and Manny Orayani.  

Round 1: 

Dandin voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Malipot is whaling away with hooks, but Dandin keeps his defence tight.
