Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Rivers State promoted show at Nigeria-Rivers State Gym, Port Harcourt,  taking place on 09/01/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Rivers State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rabiu Ladipo (21(8) - 2) who hails from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Rabiu Akpala(12(6) - 1) from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.  Ladipo weighed in at 146 pounds And 8 ounces, while Akpala weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Etebo Obisesan, and the three ringside judges are Gbolahan Ohadugha, Zafa Saladin and Zafa Saladin.
