Brad Van der Vyver vs Inigo Steele

Boxing Daily Report from the Nicky Bonds promoted show at Haas Pavilion, San Francisco,  taking place on 17/01/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Brad Van der Vyver (1(1) - 0) who hails from Randburg, South Africa and Inigo Steele(2 - 2 - 1) from Stockton, USA.  Both Van der Vyver and Steele weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Vaughan, and the three ringside judges are John Edmundson, Ben Banos and Edward Fernandez.  

Round 1: 

Steele tries to land a jab, but Van der Vyver blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Van der Vyver gets on the inside and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Van der Vyver closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Van der Vyver ties up his opponent.  Van der Vyver is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Van der Vyver about fouling.  
Van der Vyver lands a firm left hook.  
Van der Vyver digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Van der Vyver closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Van der Vyver holds on to his opponent.  Van der Vyver tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Steele's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Van der Vyver.  Steele recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Van der Vyver lands a cross.  
Van der Vyver is on target with a jab.  
Van der Vyver closes the distance and is on target with a firm left hook to Steele's body.  Van der Vyver ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Van der Vyver pushes his forearm into Steele's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Van der Vyver.  Van der Vyver throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Van der Vyver digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Van der Vyver whips in a big left hook to Steele's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE STEELE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Van der Vyver steps inside.  Van der Vyver stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Van der Vyver lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the body, KNOCKING STEELE DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Van der Vyver crashes a mean left hook to his opponents body.  STEELE IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
It looks like Steele has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Van der Vyver lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!

Van der Vyver drives a sharp right hook into his opponents ribs.  Van der Vyver clinches his opponent.  Van der Vyver is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Van der Vyver lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Van der Vyver walks Steele down, trapping him in the corner.  Van der Vyver crashes a DESTRUCTIVE right hook to Steele's body.  STEELE IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF IMMEDIATELY WAVES OFF THE FIGHT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Van der Vyver!
