Nico Zappa vs Alessandro Pasetto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Sicily promoted show at Catania Delogu, Catania,  taking place on 13/01/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nico Zappa (24(3) - 3(1)) who hails from Verona, Italy and Alessandro Pasetto(19 - 6 - 2) from Palermo, Italy.  Zappa weighed in at 160 pounds, while Pasetto weighed in at 160 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Pasetto came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Bernardo Foti, and the three ringside judges are Nico Scagni, Luca Catanoso and Mario Battaglia.
