Kamran Zamani vs Callum Flett

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-East promoted show at GPYW Indoor Stadium, Riyadh,  taking place on 28/01/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a tournament fight from iQ & World Cup.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are iQ Kamran Zamani (13(6) - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Callum Flett(26 - 0) from Vancouver, Canada.  Both Zamani and Flett weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waqar Wahab, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Atif, Zain Parsa and Majid Attia.  

Round 1: 

Zamani advances into close range.  Flett pivots to the side of his opponent.  Flett throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right hook.  
Zamani steps inside.  Flett quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Zamani lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Zamani clinches his opponent.  Flett is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Flett and breaks the clinch.  
Flett drives a left hook into Zamani's body.  
Zamani steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Zamani holds on to his opponent.  Zamani leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Zamani drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Zamani holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Zamani pushes his forearm into Flett's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Zamani.  
Flett lands a cross.  Flett attempts to land a jab, but Zamani slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Zamani advances into close range.  Zamani sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Zamani is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Zamani waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Flett throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Zamani hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Zamani gets on the inside.  Zamani voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Flett steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Flett pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Zamani steps inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Zamani is looking to close the distance.  Flett pivots to the side of his opponent.  Flett tries to land a right hook, but Zamani sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Zamani drives a stinging right uppercut into Flett's ribs.  
Flett tries to keep the action at long range.  Zamani is on target with an overhand right.  
Zamani closes the distance.  Flett drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Zamani lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Zamani advances into close range.  Flett quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Zamani lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Zamani holds on to his opponent.  Zamani is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Zamani's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Zamani gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Flett is looking to keep his distance.  Flett quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Flett tries to land a cross, but Zamani sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Zamani is looking to close the distance and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Zamani's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Zamani lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Flett tries to keep the action at long range.  Flett feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Zamani gets on the inside.  Zamani hits home with a sharp left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
