Jim Daly vs Jake Butler

Boxing Daily Report from the ALT Promotions promoted show at ALT Gym, Cardiff,  taking place on 05/01/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jim Daly (2 - 0) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Jake Butler(2 - 2) from Carlisle, UK.  Both Daly and Butler weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Glyn Bowen, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Gillespie, Dale Carrick and Gethin Kerrigan.  

Round 1: 

Daly finds the target with a jab.  
Daly drives a right uppercut into Butler's ribcage.  
Daly lands a jab.  
Daly steps inside and connects with a left uppercut.  
Daly gets on the inside.  Daly pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Daly walks Butler down, trapping him in a corner.  Daly pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Daly advances into close range.  Daly drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Daly steps away from his opponent and lands a sharp cross.  
Daly lands with a solid jab.  
Daly is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Daly is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Daly advances into close range.  Daly sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Daly lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Daly lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Daly advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Daly pivots from in front of his opponent.  Daly lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Daly ties up his opponent.  Daly is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Daly lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  As Daly tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Butler dabs at his face checking for damage.

Daly drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents body.  Daly clinches his opponent.  Daly is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Daly manages to break Butler's hold and escapes the clinch.
