Boxing Daily Report from the iQ Boxing Global promoted show at Arena México, Mexico City,  taking place on 03/02/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ulises Marmolejo (18(13) - 0) who hails from Apopa, El Salvador and Diego Rangel(14 - 0) from Guadalupe, Mexico.  Marmolejo weighed in at 147 pounds, while Rangel weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Bautista, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Parras, Xabat Griego and Leonel Jacome.  

Round 1:

Marmolejo thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Rangel away.  Marmolejo lands two left uppercuts followed by a left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING RANGEL DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Rangel now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.

Marmolejo is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.
