Stuart Kaino vs Dominic Kipsang

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Lavaughn Kimutai Gym, Nairobi,  taking place on 28/01/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stuart Kaino (18(1) - 2) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Dominic Kipsang(15 - 11 - 4) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Kaino weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kipsang weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bob Mbiyu, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Lone, James Chepkemei and Matt Kanyoro.  

Round 1: 

Kaino lands a cross.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Kaino.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
